Not at all happy with this established of pans, in particular the way in which my first complaintwas dealt with. A single of the lids was cloudy, it appeared as if finger prints/dust experienced beensealed when made. I returned it at my personal expense, so now I am out of pocket. Thereplacement duly arived and to be reasonable was not not a great deal better. Again I was requested toreturn yet again at my personal price, so I asked for a total refund, and was informed this would nothappen as I had utilised the pans. We are now at stalemate.I have stored all E mails, it is my intention to send out to the Workplace of Fair Buying and selling and ofcourse Mr Thompson himself.Monthly bill Holland

These are a great acquire!

This is an exceptional set of saucepans which my spouse and I have had for nearly 2 many years and just acquired this set for my son and his associate – that is, I feel a suitable recommendation.
