At 1st slight disappointment as from the picture supplied all pans look to have non-adhere coating this IS NOT the circumstance, only the frying pan has this coating. I was advised that if you get a image of the pans this is just they they look. Other than that this is a wonderful pan set, I believe you would battle to burn off or damage them
