Bottoms a bit slender!
Pretty hunting pans. I selected the green kinds [my favorite color] which are extremely wonderful. As I can no lengthier safely hold standard 1, prolonged taken care of saucepans,because of to Gout in my arms, I expended a prolonged time looking for smaller ‘pans’ [didn't want casserole pans] with two ‘D’ handles. NOT Effortless, unless of course you are ready to spend a whole lot of income for just 1 pan, and at my age I did not want to invest a fortune. My ‘Royal’ pans are fantastic, but you need to have to consider treatment re, the amount of warmth as the pans can ‘catch’ simply because my electric powered hob could not be altered low sufficient to simmer, but now I have a gas hob which is considerably much more controlable. Do bear in mind that the hollow steel handles do turn out to be actually, genuinely scorching. Even so, I do wish that the ‘Royal’ was also produced in a more compact dimensions and nonetheless with two ‘D’ handles, and even even though shown as ‘Stock Pot Set’ they are, to me, my new pans. Only four stars as I consider feel they require somewhat thicker bottoms!!
