At 1st slight disappointment as from the picture provided all pans look to have non-adhere coating this IS NOT the circumstance, only the frying pan has this coating. I was advised that if you get a photo of the pans this is just they they look. Other than that this is a great pan established, I believe you would wrestle to burn up or destroy them
